More Animated TV Show and Anime, Video Games like Courage and Mega Man, Aoi Miyamori, Mario, Baby Huey, Bloo etc.

Previous was UAP 2019 with 80 profile pics.
New 64 profile pics instead of 80.

For Windows 8.x and later: On Windows 8, Open PC Settings in Start Screen and Click/Tap the Account Picture, Create your Picture -> Click/Tap the Browse Button and select a picture in UAP Folder.
On Windows 10, Press the Windows Logo + I to Open Settings and Click/Tap the Accounts, Create your Picture -> Click/Tap the Browse Button and select a picture in UAP Folder.

For Windows Vista and Windows 7:
Copy to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures
and Go to User Accounts from Control Panel, Click "Change your Picture"

After Download and Extract .zip from Folder or Drive, Desktop (PC) or Micro SD/Storage (Phone)
Change your Profile Picture in Sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Account or MS Account, WhatsApp, Gravatar etc.
Click/Tap "Browse" or "Choose File" and select any pictures (e.g. Garfield or Atomic Betty etc) and Upload avatar and changed the Profile Picture, enjoy!
