New UAP (User Account Picture) 2019

More Cartoons and Animes, Video games like SpongeBob, Ladybug, Sabrina, Elsa, Casper, Mario, Sonic, Courage and Haruhi Suzumiya etc.

For Windows 8.x and laters users:
On Windows 8, Open PC Settings in Start Screen and Click/Tap the Account Picture, Create your Picture -> Click/Tap the Browse Button and select a picture in UAP Folder.
On Windows 10, Press the Windows Logo + I to Open Settings and Click/Tap the Accounts, Create your Picture -> Click/Tap the Browse Button and select a picture in UAP Folder.

For Windows Vista and Windows 7 users*: 
Copy to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\User Account Pictures
and Go to User Accounts from Control Panel, Click "Change your Picture"

*Note: Both Windows Vista and Windows 7, your limit files to 65 max.
if your original pictures from Microsoft Official, just delete all files. Delete image the 66 through 80 except MS Official.

Download UAP 2019 + Include UAP Fall 2018*

After Download and Extract the Archive from Folder or Drive, Desktop.

Change your Profile Picture in Sites (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, Google Account or MS Account etc)

Click/Tap "Browse" or "Choose File" and select any pictures (e.g. SpongeBob or Ladybug etc) and Upload and changed Profile Picture, enjoy!

*note: UAP Fall 2018 originally from date modified between November 9th, 2018 and November 11th, 2018, not 2019.
