Yes until February 2020. in 2010's, Mod is Private Only won't download link from 2013 to 2019.

Installation:
Install Korxtendo Ambulan Mod for GTA SA
edit gta3.img Use ALCI IMG Editor with replace ambulan.txd or Extract/Copy both dff and txd in Mod Folder Use Mod Loader (recommended)
For Android version: Import DFF TXD from PC to Android, Google it!
