Installation:
Copy LOADSCS.txd in game's directory is GTA SA under model/txd folder.
if your Steam Location here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GTA San Andreas

note:
if backup, rename LOADSCS.txd to LOADSCS.txd.old and copy LOADSCS.txd from mod.

Tips:
For Alt Loading Screen, called Grand Theft Auto Shantae.
in Alt Folder, Copy LOADSCS.txd in in game's directory is GTA SA under model/txd folder.
